RealEconomy covers Indian politics and the economy for readers across the country. Each story sets out what happened, checked against named sources and written in our own words. Where we have a view, it appears separately, clearly marked as our take or as opinion.
Who runs this site
This is an independent site run by its editor. The editor’s name isn’t published here, to keep their personal life separate from the site. Each story stands on its sources: they are listed under every article, and anyone can challenge a story through our grievance officer. Where Indian law requires it, the publisher’s details are provided to the authorities.
Independence
We are not affiliated with any political party, candidate or government body. We do not publish paid content unless it is clearly labelled as sponsored.
